Hi everyone! My name is Brenda and I will be one of your lecture ambassadors, and a lab TA. I took the class Fall 2024. Helpful Tip: Anatomy can be overwhelming if you don’t study seriously from day one and make sure you understand the concept by making connections. I recommend studying with spaced repetition and active recall as often as possible. Be curious and enjoy the learning process! Any questions you have doubts on or get wrong is an opportunity to learn. Invest in your education by putting in the effort!

Hello everyone! My name is Andoni and I will be one of your lecture and lab TA. I took the class Summer 2023 and my tip is to find a friend in the class to practice with. That way you can quiz and also teach each other which we know is very helpful for learning. A new language is easier to learn when you can practice with someone. Good luck!

Hi everyone! My name is Vanessa and I will be one of your lecture ambassadors, and a lab TA. I took the class Summer 2023. One tip I have for students is to PLEASE watch the videos and take notes before coming to class. The purpose of lecture is to build on top of the knowledge you gained from the videos as we will focus on comprehension of the material through iclickers and critical thinking questions. Missing a video or two happens as life happens but be sure to catch up as soon as possible to avoid a pile up. If you need any help do not hesitate to reach out to me, any of your other ambassadors, or Dr. Benaduce 🙂 Good luck!

You may call me Abe. I will be one of your lecture ambassadors and lab TA. I took the class Spring 2024. Helpful tip: Spaced repetition!

I took the class Fall 2024. Tip: A tip that I can give that I feel like helped me the most while taking this class is when watching the videos, take really good notes. Write down every detail so when the exam comes around, you wont have to stress about rewatching every video to make sure you have everything. Then before the exam, read the notes as many times until you feel confident with the material.

My name is Silvana Theilkuhl and I'm super excited to get to be an ambassador this semester, so thank you for choosing me! My tip to succeed in anatomy is to write down the questions asked in class and test yourself on those later as well as to stay on top of all the lab stations of the week because they can really help you solidify and recall the information from lecture.

I took the class Spring 2026. A helpful tip which helped me for lab was not being afraid to ask question to my mixed station members presenting. Asking them at appropriate times, like before a model transition or after the station terminology was fully covered. All terms from lab are important to identify, bringing attention to the terms you find unfamiliar will create a mental note regarding those terms needing extra attention.Â

I took the class Fall 2025. Helpful Tip: Be consistent in reviewing class material and writing paper notes based on the videos and texts on Inspired to Learn to help with iClicker and critical thinking questions in class.

Hi everyone, I took Anatomy in Spring 2026 Semester. Helpful tip: Manage your time well and watch all videos for each expert station and label each picture. Make sure you handwrite your notes and labelling. My last tip is to take the practice quizzes for each expert station at least 3 times.

Hello everyone! My name is Livia, and I took the class Spring 2026. My advice would be to come to happy hours and spend time getting familiar with the lab models. There’s usually someone from a different station willing to teach what they know and helping each other out makes learning anatomy so much easier. Most importantly, keep trying your best and give yourself grace while learning. Have a wonderful and successful semester!Â

Hii everyone! My name is Alexa and I'll be one of your lab ambassadors :). I took anatomy with Dr. Benaduce spring 2026. My tip to succeed in this course is that when it comes to lecture and lab, please make sure to study beforehand. There's a reason Dr. Benaduce has all the videos and puzzle pieces on ITP; they're there to help you! It will be a lot to learn, so make sure to stay on track with time management. Like Dr. Benaduce says, you ARE successful, and you WILL pass this semester with flying colors. If you ever need help reach out to any of us, good luck you guys ^__^

Hi everyone! My name is Evelin Gonzalez, and I took Human Anatomy in Fall 2025. One tip I would 100% recommend is going to Happy Hours before your lab practical presentations. They really help you understand the models better, which makes presenting a lot easier and helps you feel more confident during the practical.
